How I can help
I know what it’s like to feel out of control around food, to rely on sugar for energy, yet feel constantly drained, and frustrated by weight that just won’t shift.
For years, I tried to “be good,” only to end up stuck in a cycle of cravings, guilt, and exhaustion.
It wasn’t until I began to understand the deeper reasons behind those cravings - the blood sugar crashes, the hormone shifts, the hidden stress that everything started to change. Once I began fuelling my body in a way that felt sustainable and nourishing (not restrictive or overwhelming), I found my energy, confidence, and spark again.
Now, I help high-functioning women over 40 do the same.

Hi, I'm Ellie
I spent years relying on sugar, caught in a cycle of yo-yo dieting while living life at 100 miles an hour.
In my 20s and 30s, while working in fast-paced, high-pressure roles in London and Sydney, my diet revolved around sugar, ultra-processed foods, takeaways, and regular social drinking. Long hours and constant pressure had me relying on sugary snacks to get through the day only to leave me feeling more depleted and stuck in a cycle of cravings and crashes.
While I stayed fairly active with walking, running, and gym classes, my sugar-fuelled eating habits felt completely normal to me at the time. But my weight and energy levels constantly fluctuated, and I didn’t realise how much it was affecting my health.
By my late 20s, I’d already had Shingles and Pneumonia , but I still kept pushing. In my 30s, I found out I had Lyme disease. Then in my 40s came emotional trauma, unexpected loss, and a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition.
Two years ago, on the cusp of perimenopause and at my heaviest weight, I hit a turning point.


....That point led me to dive deeper into understanding the body and how our lifestyle choices affect our health. I began studying Biomedicine, which gave me a clearer picture of how disease develops and how the body truly functions.
It wasn’t just the science that changed things - it was learning how to apply that knowledge in real life. Through my Health Coaching training, I discovered how powerful a holistic approach can be - one that looks at the full picture:
Nutrition, Movement, Stress and Sleep.
Making changes to my lifestyle that addressed all of these, transformed everything for me. Finally breaking free from sugar cravings. Enjoying food without guilt. Moving my body in different ways that felt good. Learning ways to calm my nervous system.
Building and implementing new habits in these areas helped me reach and maintain a healthy weight I am happy with and steady energy levels that enable me to live the life I want - without constant restriction. It’s been life-changing and it’s exactly what inspires the way I support my clients today.
Now, as a certified Health and Wellness Coach, I help women over 40 create realistic, sustainable habits that actually fit their lives not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.
